Tom Sir Louis - Owner/President

Founded by Tom Sir Louis in 1991, Cabinet-S-Top was created for consumers as a one-stop kitchen and bath remodeling facility. Tom has been active in the construction and remodeling industry since 1975.

Tom understands all aspects of the remodeling business from design to installation. His expertise and knowledge will give you the reassurance that your project will be done right. Tom knows first hand how to simplify your remodeling project.

Elizabeth Nairn

General Manager, Master Designer

Betty started at Cabinet-S-Top in 1992, one year after the company was founded, as an office assistant to the owner. She quickly realized that with proper education this job could become her life profession. Since then, she has dedicated herself to learning and keeping the company abreast of the latest trends in the kitchen and bath industry. This has been an integral part of growing the company from a small startup business to a substantial kitchen and bath remodeling firm with a dedicated and talented team of designers and support staff.

With her love of people and her interest in making their lives better, Betty enjoys the process of creating and managing the actual construction aspect of the job. Her attention to detail along with her administrative and communicative skills enable her to guide a design from concept to completion with outstanding results and satisfied customers.

Betty has also served as president to the National Bath and Kitchen Buying Group (BKBG). She is an active board member of the National Association of Remodeling Industry (NARI) of Greater Cleveland and has served in various capacities with the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) Ohio State Chapter since 1998, including President from 2004-2006.

Random Fact: Lived in Argentina and is bi-lingual.

Michael Sir Louis

Senior Designer/Senior Project Manager

Mike’s been with Cabinet-S-Top since the beginning, first as a teenager sweeping job sites to his current role as Senior Project Manager in Design and Sales. He now offers more than twenty years of design and remodeling expertise.

From hardware and hinges to whole house remodels, Mike enjoys finding budget-friendly solutions for each of his clients. He likes to combine current trends with timeless design while incorporating personalized touches for his clients. He is a problem solver who loves a good challenge. Mike brings that same level of creativity to the table when working with design-build firms on large commercial projects. He specializes in on-time delivery for casework and countertops for the commercial client on a deadline.

Random Fact: Mike one day hopes to star on the TV show “Survivor.”

Michelle Bortolotto

Senior Designer/Senior Project Manager

Michelle started working at Cabinet-S-Top in 2011 with a background in residential and commercial interior design with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interior Design from the University of Akron. Her first experience with Cabinet-S-Top was as a customer and she fell in love with the process and the experience.

Michelle appreciates collaborating with homeowners, interior designers and contractors to transform spaces bringing added value, functionality, beauty and years of enjoyment to those that use the space. She especially enjoys space planning and the selection process of putting together finishes and textures to compliment the customer's design style and budget.

Random Fact: Enjoys outdoor activities in the summer such as hiking, camping and whitewater rafting. Michelle once rafted 400 miles on the Colorado river through the Grand Canyon.

Sara Lytle

Designer/Project Manager

Sara joins us with experience in kitchen and bath design, renovation and account management, as well as, interior design consultation. Her passion for design and eye for color selection compliments her role as she guides our clients through the design and material selection process.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Graphic Design degree from Kent State University, and currently lives in Munroe Falls. Through her broad education and professional experience, she offers her clients a unique perspective. Sara enjoys working with people, and specializes in understanding each unique design pallet, while creating fresh new spaces to compliment individual styles.

Random Fact: Sara and her husband, Rusty enjoy sun and fun with family and friends on their pontoon at Portage Lakes. Her favorite time of the day on the lake is just as the sun begins to set over the water…a little piece of heaven!

Willesa Cummins

Designer/Project Manager/Executive Assistant

Willesa started working at Cabinet-S-Top in February 2016 as a Kitchen & Bath Design Assistant under the direction of our General Manager. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from Westwood College and a passion for home remodeling, Willesa spent the next two years learning the trade and is now one of our Junior Designers.

Her interest in home remodeling started at a young age. After several years of experience, she views this job as a career she can grow in and be passionate about. Willesa enjoys the entire process, from picking out materials and coordinating colors to seeing the client’s reaction when their home is transformed.

Random Fact: A lover of cats!!!

Sara Beam

Design Assistant

Sara joins us with experience in custom unit design, such as closets, offices, pantries, and entertainment centers. Her passion is for design, fabrics, and decorative selections to create the most beautiful and interesting spaces for her clients. 

She earned her Bachelor of Music in violin performance, and currently lives in Willoughby. Through her artistic background and professional experience, she brings a unique creativity to her clientele.

Random Fact:  Sara plays violin professionally with orchestras in the area and teaches violin & piano privately. In her spare time, she enjoys taking her goldendoodle hiking and swimming, as well as, occasionally making pottery.


Meagan Davison

Designer Assistant

Meagan joined our team in May 2018 as a Design Assistant under the direction of our General Manager. She has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Supervision and Management from Florida State College at Jacksonville and holds an ICOES certificate for Fen Shui Interior Design. She views the kitchen as the heart of a home and is intrigued with the concept and process of creating a space that reflects the wants and needs of customers so that they feel more balanced and harmonized with the functionality and aesthetics of their home. With her passion for decorating and management skills, Meagan is excited for the opportunity to help customers transform their space.

Random Fact: Collects precious gemstones.

Karen Christman

Showroom Coordinator/Design Assistant

Karen started working at Cabinet-S-Top in November 2023 as the Showroom Coordinator/ Design Assistant under the direction of our General Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from Ohio State University. She has worked in many areas of the field: furniture and lighting galleries, the paint industry, and as operations manager and design assistant for a bustling interiors firm. Her favorite job is that of Mom to her three wonderful sons. 

Her first interior design passion emerged at age 7, when she chose for her bedroom a very bold navy blue and pink floral wallcovering, against everyone’s advice. It was fabulous! She views this job as a career opportunity she can grow into and let her creativity flourish. Karen enjoys the entire process of design, but being trusted with a project and seeing happy clients is her favorite part. 

Random Fact: Karen is the youngest of three sisters. In February 2003, all three sisters had babies in the same week. The “triplets” are the best of friends.

Sherry Henry

Marketing Director

Sherry brings with her over 25 years of experience in the marketing, business development and IT fields. Her diverse background is a perfect fit for her position as Marketing Director at Cabinet-S-Top. Her role at Cabinet-S-Top is to bring awareness of our products and services to consumers through our website, social media sites, advertising, networking, and events in our showroom.

Sherry’s vision, expertise, and direction has provided the opportunity for Cabinet-S-Top to create our Renovated Home Tour; which is our own parade of homes that invites the public to take a self-guided tour of various remodeling projects our company has completed. This event is a great opportunity for individuals to learn about our company and to see our craftsmanship first-hand.

It is Sherry's desire to make Cabinet-S-Top a household name for your next kitchen and bath remodeling project.

Random Fact: Sherry loves summer, the ocean, hiking, and fishing; but spending time with her grandson and family are her greatest joys!

Tiffany Kreeger

Executive Administrator

Tiffany grew up around the business and has worked at Cabinet-S-Top for over 20 years. After receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowling Green State University in 2004, she began her official role as an administrative assistant. She enjoys the administrative side of the business and continues to learn, grow and expand in her current position as Executive Administrator. 

Random Fact: Is passionate about 3 things: chickens, gardening and sandwiches (in no particular order).

Brooke Dyson

Purchase Administrator/Vendor Relations

Brooke joined our team in 2012. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Writing from Ashland University and experience in Graphic Design and Publishing.

At Cabinet-S-Top, Brooke manages all of the vendor information and samples we house in our showroom, as well as assists in various administrative tasks. Her efficiency and attention to detail contributes to the maintenance of our showroom and quality of our customer service.

Random Fact: Would one day like to own a small bookstore in a coastal town.

Jake Sir Louis

Delivery Driver

Jake has been with Cabinet-S-Top for 5 years. While attending school, he worked part-time performing and receiving deliveries. After graduating in 2018, Jake is now full-time and is learning all aspects of the business from ordering, receiving and deliveries to design, sales and project management.

Jake hopes to continue to grow and learn more about sales and design and move his way up in the company.

Random Fact: Jake enjoys writing and producing music.
