Join us in our kitchen as Executive Chef Christine Yoke from Pastissima! shares
her expertise and skills to teach us how to make delicious dishes to share with loved ones.

Our first class will be all about gnocchi.  
Learn to create a potato gnocchi with sage
brown butter sauce and a sweet pototo
gnocchi with cinnamon cream sauce. 

Once completed, all participants will
enjoy a small sampling of both the
sweet and savory gnocchi dishes.

             In this class, we will learn to make a 
       buttercream icing along with fruit fillings.
              We will also learn cake cutting and
                         decorating techniques.

In Ohio, March is usually still cold as winter tends to linger on, so join this class and warm up with some soup!  We will be learning about broth-based soup, cream-based soup and bisque.

And of course, we'll be tasting all these delicious creations!

Join us in our kitchen as Executive Chef Christine Yoke of Pastissima! shares her expertise and skills to teach us how to make new dishes to share with loved ones.

It is true...good things come to those who wait, especially when we're talking about slow cooked meats.  In this class, we will learn about braised beef dishes, slow cooker pork ribs and pulled chicken.

And of course, we'll be sampling each of these tender and tasty dishes.

egg strata       May 18 @ 6pm:  Prepare-Ahead Breakfast - $25pp

Join us in our kitchen as Executive Chef Christine Yoke of Pastissima! shares her expertise and skills to teach us how to make new dishes to share with loved ones.

What's the most important meal of the day?  Breakfast, of course!  In this class, we will learn techniques for breakfast dishes you can prepare ahead of time.  Dishes will include egg strata, yeast-raised cinnamon rolls, crepes with sweet and savory fillings.

And of course, we'll be sampling these delectable breakfast favorites.

Join us in our kitchen as Executive Chef Christine Yoke of Pastissima! shares her baking expertise and skills to teach us how to make new creations to share with loved ones.

Feeling fancy?!  Then, this is the class for you!  In this class, we will learn how to make savory biscuit petit fours, cake petit fours, and cookie petit fours.  We will also learn about attractive presentation for serving platter and individual servings.
