Tom Sir Louis - President/Owner

Tom founded Cabinet-S-Top in 1991 with a vision of creating a one-stop kitchen and bath remodeling showroom, designed to simplify the entire remodeling process for homeowners. 

Tom has been active in the construction and remodeling industry since 1975 and understands all aspects from design to functionality to installation. His expertise and hands-on knowledge gives clients confidence that their projects will be completed with precision and care.

Betty joined Cabinet-S-Top in 1992, one year after the company was founded, as an office assistant to the owner. She quickly realized that with the proper industry related education this job could become her life profession. Since then, Betty has been instrumental in keeping the company at the forefront of kitchen and bath design trends.

Betty enjoys the process of creating and managing the construction aspect of the job. Her attention to detail along with her communication skills enable her to guide a design from concept to completion with outstanding results and satisfied customers. 

Betty has served on the Board of Directors for the national Kitchen and Bath Buying Group (BKBG) for over 20 years in various capacities: two terms as President and her current role as an advisor. Additionally, Betty has been an active member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) and the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), and she holds the distinction of a Certified Remodeler (CR). 

Random Fact: Betty lived in Argentina and is bi-lingual.

Michael Sir Louis

Executive Manager

Mike has been with Cabinet-S-Top since the beginning, from a teenager sweeping job sites to his current role as Senior Project Manager in Design and Sales. He offers more than twenty years of design and remodeling expertise.

From hardware and hinges to whole house remodels, Mike enjoys finding budget-friendly solutions for each of his clients. He likes to combine current trends with timeless design while incorporating personalized touches for his clients. He is a problem solver who loves a good challenge. Mike brings that same creativity and precision to large-scale commercial projects. He specializes in on-time delivery for casework and countertops for the commercial client on a deadline.

Random Fact: Mike one day hopes to star on the TV show “Survivor.”

Tiffany Kreeger

Executive Administrator

Tiffany grew up around the business and has worked at Cabinet-S-Top for over 20 years. She enjoys the administrative side of the business and continues to learn, grow and expand in her current position as Executive Administrator.


Tiffany strives for accuracy and efficiency in her role. She desires to help the company move forward in an efficient and effective manner for all involved, customers and employees. Tiffany works closely with the Owner and General Manager to learn the administrative side of the business while helping with special projects.

Random Fact: Tiffany enjoys her hobby farm life - gardening and raising animals

Michelle Bortolotto, B.A. Interior Design

Senior Designer, Senior Project Manager

Michelle joined Cabinet-S-Top in 2011 with a background in residential and commercial interior design. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design from the University of Akron. Her first experience with Cabinet-S-Top was as a customer, and she fell in love with both the process and the experience.

Michelle enjoys collaborating with homeowners, interior designers, and contractors to transform spaces by bringing together functionality and beauty. She especially enjoys space planning and the selection of finishes, colors, and textures to reflect each client’s style and budget.

Random Fact: Michelle enjoys traveling with her husband, Flavio, exploring different cultures, foods, and sites around the world.

Sara Lytle, B.S. Advertising & Design

Designer, Project Manager

Sara joined our staff in 2021 with experience in kitchen and bath design, account management and interior design consultation. Her passion for design and keen eye for color selection make her a natural fit for guiding clients through the design and material selection process. 

Sara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising and Graphic Design from Kent State University. With her broad education and professional experience, Sara offers clients a fresh perspective, blending creativity with practical insight. She specializes in interpreting each client’s unique design palette to craft spaces that feel personal, stylish and inviting.

Random Fact: Sara enjoys boating, gardening, decorating, tinkering around the house, and some golf too.

Merrie Fitzsimmons

Designer, Project Manager

Merrie joined Cabinet-S-Top in January 2025 with 12 years of experience in the design and remodeling industry. She graduated from Virginia Marti College, earning Magna Cum Laude distinction and has carried that work ethic throughout her design career. Merrie continues to grow and learn seeking further knowledge on design, trends, products and more.


Her collaborative approach ensures each project is tailored to her clients’ unique needs and visions. By combining attentive listening, expert insight and exceptional customer service, Merrie has built lasting relationships with clients who return and refer others time and again.

Random Fact:  Merrie grew up in a small horse community in California and continues to ride to this day.

Willesa Cummins

Designer, Project Manager, Executive Assistant

Willesa started working at Cabinet-S-Top in 2016 as a Design Assistant under the guidance of our General Manager and has excelled in her current role as Executive Assistant. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from Westwood College. 

Willesa’s interest in home remodeling started at a young age and has grown into a career she is passionate about. Willesa enjoys the entire process from selecting materials and coordinating colors to witnessing the joy on a client’s face when their vision becomes reality.

Random Fact: Willesa is a lover of cats!!!

Meagan Davison

Designer, Executive Assistant

Meagan joined our team in 2018. She has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Supervision and Management from Florida State College at Jacksonville and holds an ICOES certificate for Fen Shui Interior Design. Meagan has also earned badges from the NKBA for Cabinetry, Floor Plans & Specifications, Remodeling, Sustainability, and Universal Design.



Meagan views the kitchen as the heart of the home, a place where functionality meets comfort and connection. She is passionate about helping clients design spaces that feel both balanced and beautiful. With her creative eye and love for decorating, Meagan is excited to guide clients through the transformation process, turning everyday rooms into personalized retreats. 

Random Fact: Meagan collects precious gemstones.

Sara Beam

Design Assistant

Sara joined us in 2023 bringing experience in custom unit design, including closets, offices, pantries, and entertainment centers. Her passion for design, textiles, and decorative details helps her craft spaces that are both beautiful and distinctive. 

Sara holds a Bachelor of Music in Violin Performance, and her artistic background adds a unique layer of creativity to every project. Sara blends her appreciation for aesthetics with thoughtful functionality, creating designs that resonate with each client’s personal style. 

Random Fact:  Sara plays the violin professionally with orchestras in the area and teaches violin and piano lessons. 


Karen Christman

Showroom Coordinator, Design Assistant

Karen started working at Cabinet-S-Top in 2023. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from Ohio State University and has experience across the industry from furniture and lighting galleries to the paint sector, as well as serving as an operations manager and design assistant for an interiors firm. 

Karen sees her role as a dynamic career opportunity where her creativity can thrive. She enjoys every phase of the design process, but what she values most is earning a client’s trust and seeing their joy when a project comes to life. 

Random Fact: Karen is the youngest of three sisters. In February 2003, all three sisters had babies in the same week.

Sherry Henry

Marketing Director

Sherry has over 30 years of experience in marketing, business development and IT. Her diverse background makes her a natural fit as our Marketing Director. Sherry connects clients to our products and services through our website, social media, advertising and showroom events. 

Sherry played a key role in developing the Renovated Home Tour, Cabinet-S-Top’s very own parade of homes. This self-guided event invites the public to explore a variety of completed remodeling projects, offering a firsthand look at our craftsmanship and design expertise. 

Random Fact: Sherry loves summer, the ocean, hiking, and fishing; but her greatest joy is spending time with her grandson and family.

Brooke Dyson

Purchasing Administrator, Vendor Relations

Since joining our team in 2012 as an Administrative Assistant, Brooke has grown into a pivotal role of managing our procurement process and vendor relationships. Her attention to detail, appreciation for logistics and communication skills ensure that every project runs smoothly from initial order to final delivery. 

As the point of contact for our vendors, Brooke maintains clear communication and oversees the cataloging of product information and samples throughout our showroom. Her organizational skills and proactive approach help keep our team aligned and informed. 

Random Fact: Brooke enjoys a good cup of coffee and a classic piece of literature, especially when paired together. 

Jake Sir Louis

Warehouse Coordinator, Truck Driver, Field Assistant

Jake joined our team in 2018 and has since taken on multiple roles here at Cabinet-S-Top. He works closely with our Purchasing Administrator to ensure that products for each job are received, organized and delivered to the jobsite efficiently and on time. 

In addition to managing deliveries, Jake supports our designers with jobsite templates and cabinet deliveries. He is dedicated to growing in his role and gaining hands-on experience across all facets of the business. 

Random Fact: Jake enjoys writing and producing music.
