  • Establish a scope of work and projected preliminary budget
  • Set up appointment for in-home measurement and job site review

Meeting at Client’s Home**

  • Job site measuring
  • Review the scope of the project: client’s needs, wants and desires
  • Photos taken
  • Schedule appointment for Step 3

Meeting at Cabinet-S-Top**

  • Presentation of conceptual design and layout
  • Material selection for cabinets, countertop, backsplash, flooring, etc.
  • Enter into retainer agreement to continue the design process in Step 4

Meeting at Client’s Home

  • Final field measure
  • Set up appointment for Step 5

Meeting at Cabinet-S-Top

  • Final review of materials, selection(s) and design
  • Confirm all project details
  • Discuss expectations: ordering, delivery and installation process
  • Complete contract and accept deposit
  • Materials ordered
  • Added to production schedule and job management begins
  • Communication is constant and ongoing throughout the process

**Non-refundable fees are involved in both Step 2 and Step 3. Fees applied to the total cost of the job. Drawings remain the property of CST until a contract is signed.
